Senior managing director at Sodali & Co, Victoria Palmer-Moore provides senior counsel to a broad range of clients in matters of financial PR, corporate campaigning and crisis management.

As news has become increasingly online, Palmer-Moore notes that it is difficult to eliminate critical stories. Instead, she says, building a robust reputation framework and crisis plan is a good way to ensure clients are represented accurately and effectively in the public domain.

Palmer-Moore also emphasises her keen understanding of AI, which she says is the new frontier of reputation management. ‘Sometimes you put someone’s name into an AI tool, and what comes up surprises them,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘We have a separate AI reputation tool which looks at people’s names from the LLM angle.’

Prior to her time at Sodali & Co, she worked in equity and capital markets at UBS, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
