AWS Prime Property is a boutique property buying agency founded by Alexander Woodleigh-Smith over a decade ago.

Specialised in sourcing off-market period properties for private buyers and investors, AWS aims to provide its clients access to otherwise inaccessible properties in London.

According to its website, the firm has advised clients on the purchase of a recently refurbished house in South Kensington with an asking price of £14 million and on a Chelsea penthouse with a guide price of £7.5 million.

It also brokered the £55 million sale of the 30,000sq ft Porchester Court in Bayswater, which comprises 36 units across six buildings.
