AWS Prime Property is a boutique property advisory agency founded by Alexander Woodleigh-Smith.
According to its website, the firm has advised clients on the purchase of a recently refurbished house in South Kensington with an asking price of £14 million and on a Chelsea penthouse with a guide price of £7.5 million.
AWS Prime also brokered the £55 million sale of the 30,000sq ft Porchester Court in Bayswater, which comprises 36 units across six buildings.
