Former Chestertons agent Jack Osmond, now a senior adviser at AWS Prime Property, supports a range of HNWs with their super-prime property searches in London. 

These clients are often financial executives and hedge fund managers who know what they’re looking for and require a hands-on approach. One client needed an eight-week off-market search for a rare ‘first-floor, double-lateral [apartment], facing the right way, over a garden square’, Osmond says with a laugh. ‘And they wanted it to be absolutely immaculate.’ 

Typical transaction prices hover around £11 million, Osmond tells Spear’s, adding: ‘We feed off of our referrals, because we get a good source of clients coming through from other clients.’
