Property lawyer Mark Buckerfield acts on a wide range of agricultural and residential property sales and acquisitions, and is well placed to advise on tenancy issues and financing for agricultural land.

The Clarke Willmott partner has more than two decades of service at the firm – he qualified in 2003 after joining as a trainee in 2001. Now he heads its private property and agricultural law practices, specialising in all aspects of non-contentious agricultural law, while his team are adept at offering advice on the sale of livestock plots with diversification potential and properties subject to specific covenants and reciprocal rights. 

Based in Taunton, Buckerfield is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
