Smith prioritises value creation when guiding clients through the full life cycle of property development, from evaluating land plots to property refurbishments. Smith began his career as an analyst at CBRE before working as an associate for Strutt & Parker. As a sales director for Paradigm Land, he was part of a team of chartered surveyors and property professionals unlocking ‘the potential of real estate through intelligent planning’.
