Since leaving CBRE in 2019 to co-found Mayfair Private Office, Sebastian Oliver says, he has overseen £800 million worth of real estate transactions.

In his role as director, Oliver works with clients across the globe to provide services relating to acquisitions, sales, lettings and portfolio strategy. Increasingly, he advises clients on residential capital markets and investments. The reason for his success? ‘A bespoke approach that ensures both private and corporate clients receive tailored advice,’ Oliver tells Spear’s.

Mayfair Private Office uses the ‘extensive industry network’ of Oliver and co-founder Cameron Smith to find the right properties for their clients. In 2025, Oliver notes, the firm sold over £400 million worth of property.
