Working for corporates as well as public personalities (including royalty, beloved entertainers and high-profile politicians), Iverson is as confident in securing injunctions as he is lodging appeals with various industry regulators, including Ofcom, the Advertising Standards Agency and the Information Commissioner’s Office.

He works across a range of creative sectors and jurisdictions, using pre-publication advice to arrest stirring media storms. Some of his highest-profile work has revolved around the legalities of music rights and royalties, representing world-renowned musicians and rights-holders, as well as the Performing Right Society (PRS) in a High Court dispute with a national broadcaster.
