Head of privacy and reputation management Roddy Chisholm Batten is tight-lipped on the details. ‘The phone hacking scandal, which came to light a while ago now, kept us incredibly busy,’ he chuckles.

Chisholm Batten was a leading name in the phone-hacking cases. ‘We’ve been doing it for the best part of a decade now,’ he says. ‘It keeps coming and there’s lots of it still to come.’ 

He has also covered claims for defamation, malicious falsehood, misuse of private information, data protection and harassment.
