Spear’s Review

Philip Stinson, who was put forward for inclusion in the Spear’s indices by an influential reputation manager, is a leading solicitor in the media and entertainment fields. After attending Oxford University and qualifying as a solicitor, he joined boutique London firm Clintons, where he is now a consultant within the firm’s commercial, brands and charities practices.

Stinson advises clients in diverse sectors, from advertising and marketing businesses to luxury brands, fashion designers and Olympic medal winners, in matters related to brand management, advertising and marketing. He is, however, particularly experienced in the use and exploitation of image rights.

One career highlight? Stinson received an associate producer credit on a Nicholas Cage and John Cusack Netflix movie that was written and directed by a client.
