Newton Kearns was established in 2017, and founding partner Paul Newton says he likes ‘to think we’ve made significant progress’ since then. ‘We have a reputation for getting jobs done and only litigating when necessary.’ The specialist family law firm has a very diverse client base, from the mass affluent to UHNWIs.

Newton himself has been practising for nearly 20 years, and believes his firm has established a good standing in the industry. ‘We get lots of cross-referrals from other family lawyers, and pride ourselves on getting the right results for the client,’ he says.

Newton qualified as a solicitor in 2003. Before founding Newton Kearns, he was a partner at Clintons, where he worked for 13 years.
