He has advised leading UK banks on trust law issues, as well as international trust companies on succession planning, trust disputes, precedents and standard documentation. He also advises HNW UK and non-UK residents on property, trust, tax, estate and succession planning, and has niche specialism in UK/US tax planning.

Wooddisse, previously an Army officer with the Royal Gurkha Rifles, retrained as a solicitor while serving in the Bruneian jungle.
