Along with his business partner James Gilbert-Green, James Forbes founded Forbes Gilbert-Green in 2021, creating a potent new force at the top end of the capital’s residential property pyramid.

Forbes, who previously oversaw Strutt & Parker’s Knightsbridge and Belgravia office, said that over the course of his career, a number of clients have become friends.

‘I like to think this is because I pay close attention to them, building trust and respect over time when transacting significantly valuable assets,’ he said. For UHNWs, he seeks out investment opportunities that are ‘best in class’ right across the capital.
