In 2021, highly regarded property advisers James Gilbert-Green and James Forbes founded Forbes Gilbert-Green, a boutique property agency that operates at the top end of the capital’s residential property pyramid. 

Working with private HNW clients as well as prime property developers and investors, the firm specialises in real estate in central London’s ‘golden postcodes’. It identifies, sells and acquires rare, heritage properties as well as new-build assets, and has acted in transactions involving well-known developments such as One Hyde Park, The Peninsula Residences and Chelsea Barracks.
