An industry leader in business aircraft finance, Edward K. Gross is co-chair of Vedder Price's business jet finance practice.

‘I have one of the longer-standing aircraft finance practices, and so a number of financing forms used in the States were forms that I drafted,’ Gross tells Spear's.

Across his career, Gross has supported c-suite executives and Fortune 500 companies alongside investors, aircraft and helicopter financing providers and government entities in the financing and transportation of aircraft.

Cases tend to be complex when dealing with this type of luxury asset. ‘I learnt over the years that the best way to get a transaction completed in a reasonably prompt fashion is to be sure that I know everything I need to know,’ he says.

After over 35 years of financing jets, Gross is used to this pressure.
