Dominic Volek advises successful entrepreneurs, international investors and industry leaders on becoming Global Citizens through the acquisition of additional or alternative Residence and/or Citizenship around the world. 

As a Member of the Group Executive Committee and Global Head of Private Clients, Dominic spends his time between the firm’s global offices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa as a private client specialist in residence and citizenship planning. His work targets countries that are deemed most attractive to wealthy clients in terms of mobility, security, privacy, personal tax and estate planning, as well as lifestyle. He is also a member of the firm’s Government Advisory practice, providing strategic advice to governments on the design, implementation and promotion of investment migration programs.

Dominic is a Fellow of the Investment Migration Council and is a certified Chartered Accountant CA (SA), holding both a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication. Prior to joining Henley & Partners, he had a successful career as part of the Senior Management team in one of the big four accounting and advisory firms in Singapore, South Africa and the USA. 

Dominic is frequently sought after as a speaker and thought leader on investment migration, and regularly provides commentary on the Henley Passport Index and Private Wealth Migration Report. He has been interviewed in print and on live TV by top-tier media including the BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, Quartz, Sky News and the Financial Times.
