Rosie Todd, head of the private client team at Stevens & Bolton, advises on tax, trust, estate and succession planning for UK and international clients, with much of her work involving a cross-border or offshore element.

When advising internationally mobile HNWs, her focus is on simplifying the complexities of the UK tax code, particularly during pre-arrival planning.

Another key part of her practice is advising entrepreneurs and business leaders on passing wealth to the next generation, corporate exit planning and tax restructuring. Here she draws on previous experience in corporate tax law, gained at Travers Smith.

Todd’s work has also been recognised by the Law Society. She was appointed to its tax law committee in 2022 and sits on the capital taxes sub-committee.
