‘Market dynamics have enabled me to have quite a good [2025] against a very frustrating and negative backdrop,’ Jessica Bishop, super-prime property broker, tells Spear’s. ‘I probably had my best year since joining DDRE.’
She says this was due to a number of reasons, namely her ability to work both buy-side and sell-side, and, increasingly, her agility when it comes to super-prime lettings. ‘We have had quite a lot of sales clients who weren’t able to get their price or who weren’t able to get the interest they wanted, and we flipped to a rental strategy,’ she says.
In her career to date, the former Knight Frank agent says, she has transacted on more than £1 billion worth of property.
