‘I thought I’d graduate from university with my degree in politics and go off saving the world,’ Reme Nicole of DDRE Global tells Spear’s. But halfway through her undergraduate studies, Nicole stumbled on an Instagram profile that piqued her interest.

It belonged to Daniel Daggers, a Spear’s Award winner and one of the first property brokers to grasp the power of social media. ‘I reached out to him offering my expertise in social media and things took off from there,’ says Nicole.

‘Reme is the future of our industry – a native content creator and incredible communicator,’ says Daggers, who hired Nicole and now counts her among the members of his fast-growing firm. ‘She’s a true adviser who is inspiring other young people to push boundaries. She’s already listed and acquired tens of millions of pounds worth of real estate and is fast becoming an established figure in this newly dynamic industry.’

Nicole is now responsible for property listings across prime central London – typically properties valued between £2 million and £8 million. She says that her main priority is ‘building long-term relationships with clients’, many of whom consult her for a host of issues relating to their property portfolios.
