From tax structuring and intellectual property to estate planning and commercial litigation, Racheal Muldoon has a broad practice but a particular focus on digital assets.
Before joining Ogier in 2026, Muldoon was a partner at Charles Russell Speechlys and a barrister for almost 10 years at Maitland Chambers where she was one of the earliest litigators in the digital assets space. In 2022, she was the first to secure a freezing injunction against misappropriated NFTs, and she represented the Securities Commission of the Bahamas in the insolvency of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX. ‘I come to the table with that credibility,’ she tells Spear’s.
Muldoon also applies her expertise to UHNW families and family offices. ‘I’m here to make sure that the disasters that we’ve seen in this space that were entirely avoidable won’t happen to you,’ she says.
