The UHNW adviser and Ogier senior associate works with European families and British non-residents. As part of his multi-jurisdictional work, he says, he helps to find solutions for beneficiaries located in different countries. 

Often, trust structures require different beneficiaries to be treated equally, which can be difficult when they are internationally dispersed and subject to different tax regimes, Constable tells Spear’s. But finding solutions for these clients is part and parcel of his work. 

Constable, who previously worked in Jersey, including at Dickinson Gleeson and Bedell Cristin, is now based in the Cayman Islands.
