Litigator and investigative lawyer Keith Oliver is head of international at Peters & Peters, specialising in commercial, regulatory and trust litigation. He has worked at Peters & Peters for over 40 years, and previously headed the firm’s specialist commercial litigation and civil fraud and asset freezing team.

Oliver has engaged in many international disputes over the span of his career. He is especially proficient in the location, freezing and recovery of misappropriated assets – work that often involves emergency relief procedures and coordinating legal teams from different jurisdictions. He regularly operates within the jurisdictions of the US and continental Europe, but his work takes him worldwide.

Oliver is a founding member and fellow of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators and a member of the International Bar Association.
