Litigator and investigative lawyer Keith Oliver leads Peters & Peters’ international strategy, specialising in commercial, regulatory and trust litigation. He also heads the firm’s specialist commercial litigation and civil fraud and asset freezing team.

Oliver has engaged in many international disputes over the span of his career, and is especially proficient in the location, freezing and recovery of misappropriated assets involving emergency relief procedures and the management of legal teams from many jurisdictions.
