A former senior prosecutor with the Crown Prosecution Service, O’Kane was a member of a specialist unit responsible for prosecuting serious and high-profile fraud, terrorism, espionage and other special-interest criminal matters.

Since joining Peters & Peters more than 20 years ago, he has advised companies, senior executives and HNW individuals on matters around international corruption, criminal cartels (he is the author of a textbook on the subject), economic sanctions, extradition, mutual legal assistance, abuse of process including Interpol red notices, private prosecutions and FCA investigations.
