Smith’s youthful outfit assists private individuals and family offices on property acquisitions and developments, and has £2 billion in assets under management. It aims to prioritise value creation when guiding clients through the full life cycle of a property development, from evaluating land plots to property refurbishments.

Smith began his career as an analyst at CBRE before working as an associate for Strutt & Parker. As a sales director for Paradigm Land, he was part of a team of chartered surveyors and property professionals unlocking ‘the potential of real estate through intelligent planning’.
