Simon Scott-White
Spear’s Review
Simon Scott-White is a private client investment manager and branch manager at Charles Stanley, which operates as a subsidiary of Raymond James. Based between Oxford and the Cotswolds, he manages his own client book alongside management of the Oxford office.
He advises HNW families, trusts, charities and corporate structures, with a strong focus on long-term planning, portfolio growth and intergenerational wealth transfer. ‘Success is when I manage three generations of the same family,’ he tells Spear’s.
Scott-White adds that while clients remain resilient, the ‘wave after wave of geopolitical events’ in recent years have reinforced demand for structured planning and professional advice. Indeed, the appetite to engage with financial planning structures increased in 2025, he says.
Regardless of the macro backdrop, Scott-White is committed to maintaining a holistic, collaborative approach, working closely with other professionals to protect and grow his clients’ wealth.
