Sabaya Verger enjoyed a successful seven-year spell at Strutt & Parker before deciding to join boutique firm Tedworth Property in 2021. What inspired her move? Verger explains that Tedworth’s model of doing business allows her the flexibility to operate as a solo agent, but under the brand’s umbrella. 

She now heads up all of Tedworth’s prime lettings transactions, an area she tells Spear’s is often overlooked in the property industry. The French-speaking Verger emphasises that she has ‘big clients’ with ‘large portfolios’, including landlords, with properties worth up to £40 million. It’s the diversity of her role and her reputation for excellent service that makes her stand out among competitors, she says. 

The diligent adviser adds that she is always on hand for her customers: ‘My clients call me at midnight on a Saturday.’
