Ex-Knight Frank agent Simon Tollit co-founded Tedworth Property with ex-Savills director Christian Warman in 2017. ‘Even though we were operating in the same market, we seemed to have a good difference in terms of contacts,’ says Tollit of the partnership. ‘When you bring those together, it’s an unusual selection.’ 

The 11-person Tedworth team works across ‘a two square mile radius’, covering the neighbourhoods of Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and Westminster. The majority of the firm’s transactions are in the £2 million to £10 million range, and Tedworth has sold some exceptional properties, including on Chester Square, Chelsea Park Gardens and Eaton Square.

Clients value the agility and flexibility that Tedworth can provide, Tollit says. ‘It’s from cradle to grave. [Clients] can always get hold of the person they have been dealing with from the start.’
