Ex-Knight Frank agent Simon Tollit co-founded Tedworth Property with ex-Savills director Christian Warman in 2017. ‘Even though we were operating in the same market, we seemed to have a good difference in terms of contacts,’ says Tollit of the partnership. ‘When you bring those together, it’s an unusual selection.’ 

The property agency continues to go from strength to strength: Tedworth combines its deep expertise of London with the versatility and agility of a boutique firm, creating an ideal HNW proposition. They are keen not to be pigeonholed, says Tollit, who works across Kensington, Belgravia, Westminster and Chelsea – and everywhere in between.

Tedworth has grown its team to seven partners and has recently transacted on properties in Chester Square and Chelsea Park Gardens.
