UBP managing director Neil Lewis has more than 40 years of industry experience. He was previously part of Barclays’ regional network of financial experts, where he worked with some of the wealthiest families in the south of England and Wales. He helped clients ‘realise their business goals and interests’, and was focused on ‘protecting, growing and structuring clients’ wealth alongside their other professional advisers’, he explains. 

Lewis is known for his ‘can-do attitude’ and a determination to provide the highest service levels for his clientele. He is particularly passionate about developing financial literacy among the next generation.

Born in Jersey, the banker started his career at Barclays in 1985. He moved to Coutts for a brief stint in their private banking team before returning to Barclays. He joined Kleinwort Hambros as head of key clients in 2022, prior to the firm’s acquisition by UBP.
