Following the acquisition of SG Kleinwort Hambros by Union Bancaire Privée, Thomas Cummins is set to continue in his role as head of private banking in the Channel Islands.

Based in Jersey, Cummins has a particular focus on international, Channel Islands-based and UK non-dom clients, and draws on his more than two decades’ worth of financial services experience to advise trusts, companies and private clients.

Cummins began his career providing financial planning advice to international private clients at RBSI and then moved on to relationship management roles at Barclays and then Deutsche Bank. He joined Kleinwort Benson as a director in 2011 to look after HNW and UHNW clients, and was part of the evolution of the firm that became ultimately became SG Kleinwort Hambros.
