Tribe Impact Capital co-founder and head of wealth management Harry Catchpole works directly with the firm’s U/HNW clients, as well as families, charities and foundations. 

The former J.P. Morgan private banker firmly believes in offering a service that recognises the evolution in the needs of clients. ‘We’ve approached wealth management in a different way,’ he tells Spear’s. ‘It’s attracted a different demographic – one that’s looking for something different and is a reflection of their values.’ 

Tribe’s client base, largely comprising female wealth holders and individuals under the age of 45, has contributed to Catchpole curating an equally diverse team of advisers. ‘I’m a big believer that if you want to build a diverse client base, you need to build a diverse team. My team is three-quarters female.’ 

Catchpole’s approach has resulted in tremendous success for the firm, and he has no intention of slowing down. ‘Every year, we improve what we’re delivering to wealth holders. It’s a challenging market if you’re just standing still.’
