Michelle Ho has been looking after private banking clients in northern Asia for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Standard Chartered Private Bank in 2017, she held leadership roles at DBS and Bank of Singapore, and was a team head at both HSBC Global Private Banking and Barclays. 

She provides a breadth of wealth management services for clients, from estate and succession planning to investment solutions. As a managing director, she leads a team of other client partners, developing an overarching strategy for UHNW accounts.

‘My clients are largely entrepreneurs and professionals based in Hong Kong,’ says Ho, who can converse in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. ‘All rich, some billionaires.’ Her focus ‘depends on the client’s needs’, and she is committed to being ‘agile’ and ‘staying close to clients’.
