What do the Beatles have to do with wealth management? More than you might think, according to Ross Ciesla, chief investment officer of Navera Investment Management, formerly known as Meridiem Investment Management.

Alongside his role as CIO, Ciesla leads Navera’s investment team and manages client portfolios. With over two decades of investment experience, he has a keen eye for trends and anticipating the future. Ciesla notes that firms that ride the waves of technological change are those most likely to prosper. ‘The world is going through a huge rewiring of infrastructure,’ he says. ‘The old guard are struggling to compete in a more cloud, AI and digital world.’
