‘We don’t actually take anyone [as a client] if they have a net worth under $100 million,’ she reveals. ‘Only some make it into our black book.’ The company’s business model is similar to that of a private members’ club, and prospective clients are interviewed by India to determine whether they’re a good fit for the company. ‘Our clients have all the money in the world, but what they want is excellence. You can’t Google excellence.’ 

That’s where India comes in. ‘People come to the company for me and my ethos,’ she says. ‘I know I have to perform.’
