Lucy Egerton-Vernon is a founding partner of Jersey-based Lexstone Lawyers, specialising in corporate and commercial law, private wealth, trust law and finance cases, particularly where Jersey foundations and charities law are involved.

Her clientele include trust companies, international banks, UHNWs, HNWs and family offices, as well as London law firms and other intermediary service providers.

Egerton-Vernon moved to Jersey in 2012 to work for Hatstone Lawyers as a managing associate before establishing Lexstone in 2015 with local advocate Marcus Stone, who had previously set up the Ozannes Jersey office in 2006 and co-founded Hatstone in 2011 following the merger between Ozannes and Mourant.
