Norman Day, a consultant at Lexstone in Jersey, divides his work evenly between work for companies and individuals – including entrepreneurs, business owners and many of the family offices based on the island. ‘Most of our clients are UK-based or have business in the UK; some are Jersey nationals, and we have a number of international clients,’ he told Spear’s.

He gives advice on regulatory and company law issues as well as lending for investment and personal purchases.
