An industry leader in business aircraft finance, Edward K. Gross is co-chair of Vedder Price’s business jet finance practice and supports clients ‘when they need legal assistance with aircraft leasing or financing matters’.

Clients of Gross include aircraft and helicopter financing providers, investors, lessors, public and privately held businesses and government entities. However, Gross says that over his almost 40-year career he has most enjoyed working with HNWs and UHNWs. As Gross puts it, they are often extraordinary people, and working with them and their intermediaries to achieve a mutually desired result is highly rewarding.
