29 Bedford Row’s Charlotte Trace is regularly instructed in all areas of family law, working predominantly in the financial remedies space but also taking on some private children law matters, including claims under Schedule 1.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Trace worked as a paralegal in the family team at Withers, where she assisted on a number of high-value financial disputes pertaining to HNW and UHNW clients.

‘People say to me that they think I am extremely thorough and on top of the detail,’ she tells Spear’s. With increasing experience working with vulnerable clients, Trace takes the ‘people side’ of her work very seriously, and explains that she is able to manage ‘lots of personalities, characters and vulnerabilities’.
