Samara Brackley

Spear’s Review

A glowing recommendation from a fellow family lawyer brought Samara Brackley to the attention of Spear’s. The barrister joined Pump Court Chambers in 2017 and instructs on a range of issues relating to financial remedies, cohabitation disputes, contested divorce and children law. She recently worked on a landmark case at the Court of Appeal involving same-sex parents, one of whom resides in the Middle East. 

She is highly regarded in the industry for her expertise and has been called for her opinion on Pump Court’s Family Law Podcast. The firm highlights her competency and ability to be ‘mindful that settlement will often be in a client’s best interests’ while ‘provid[ing] robust advice where required.’
