Deborah Eaton of 1 King’s Bench Walk, the KC at the top of many lists when children law matters are at stake, covers everything from abduction to the length of time parents spend with their children or the country they live in.

Instructed by the industry’s pre-eminent solicitors, Eaton is trusted with the most complex and consequential of cases. In K v K [2011], for example, she helped to shape the way international relocation cases are dealt with. Her expertise also extends beyond the realm of children matters, and she brings knowledge of psychology, finance, legal medical work and international jurisdictions to look at cases ‘in the round’.
