Jessica May trained and qualified with Bolt Burdon in 2004 before joining Howard Kennedy in 2007.

In 2018, she co-founded Peters May with Juliette Peters. Jessica May deals with all areas of family law, including divorce, financial arrangements, same-sex relationships and civil partnership dissolutions, pre- and postnuptial agreements, separation agreements, unmarried relationships and injunctions. She has also worked on several cases involving the relocation of children out of a foreign jurisdiction.
