Boutique family law practice Peters May was founded in 2018 by Juliette Peters and Jessica May. Together, the pair have 50 years of experience in the family departments of West End and City law firms.

After spending four years at Guernsey firm Ozannes, Peters served as assistant solicitor to one of the éminences grises of family law, Raymond Tooth. At Sears Tooth, she worked on some of the most significant and reported cases of the time. She was later head of family law at Howard Kennedy (2011–2016) and at the London office of Shoosmiths (2016–2018).
