Gail Brooks is a partner in the family team at Cripps.

Brooks spends the majority of her time in the Tunbridge Wells office, but Cripps also has a presence in London and West Sussex, and a range of HNW and UHNW clients have found the firm to be an attractive option to protect their assets and deal with their affairs.

Brooks is frequently called upon to deal with children issues, wealth preservation and divorces, and she is particularly skilled at drafting prenuptial agreements, regularly seeing clients with assets in the tens of millions and often involving other jurisdictions and complex financial structures.

No matter the type of case, Brooks makes sure to remain pragmatic and focused on the client. ‘I’m not necessarily always here to tell [clients] what they want to hear,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘I’m here to give them the best possible advice.’
