Gail Brooks is a partner in the family team at Cripps. She has extensive experience with HNW clients and complex financial structures, including trusts, multi-million-pound pension assets, multiple properties in different jurisdictions and family businesses. She also is skilled in drawing up prenuptial agreements.

Her clients include married couples in addition to those who are in cohabiting relationships — for the latter, she particularly adept at navigating the financial issues of such arrangements. 

A member of Resolution, Brooks’s focus is on finding a fair, efficient and beneficial solution to disputes while avoiding the publicity and stress of the courts if possible.
