Ashely Crossley is head of wealth management at Baker McKenzie’s London office, where he also leads the firm’s Middle East practice. 

He specialises in advising UHNW and HNW clients on tax-related issues, asset protection, cross-border trust structuring and multi-jurisdictional investment structures. 

He has extensive experience when it comes to establishing private trust companies and tax-efficient venture capital, and previously acted on one of the largest limited partnerships in the Far East, worth an estimated £5.3 billion. 

Crossley also advises governments and financial institutions on compliance and regulatory issues, such as exchange of information in tax matters and OECD and EU requirements.
