Alberto Brazzalotto is a partner at Maisto e Associati, a leading international Italian tax law firm based in Rome, Milan and London.

Brazzalotto graduated in law from the University of Padua in 2010 and has been at Maisto e Associati ever since, qualifying in 2012. He was made partner in 2023 and has since headed up the firm’s London office.

His work centres on personal taxation, estate and succession planning and international tax law, and his clientele comprise many people in the sport and entertainment sector. He also works with a great deal of tax disputes and, wherever possible, using mediation to settle them without publicity.

He has written widely in academic tax journals, especially on sporting issues such as taxation and NFTs, payments that occur when players are loaned between clubs, and intellectual property.
