A partner in Buzzacott’s expatriate services team, Carlo Gray regularly advises HNW individuals, business owners and senior executives (particularly within the financial services sector) on their US and UK tax affairs.
He works particularly closely with the family law departments of corporate law firms to advise on matters such as the tax consequences of the transferring or selling of assets (as a result of divorce), where one or both parties are US citizens, residents or ‘green card’ holders.
Based in London, Gray previously headed up Buzzacott’s satellite office in Hong Kong, where he spent several years enhancing the firm’s expatriate tax offering in the region. He remains a member of both the American and British Chambers in Hong Kong.
