Leading a team of 70 specialist tax advisers at PwC, Christine Cairns’ role is no easy feat. She, alongside her team, works with a diverse client base that includes HNWs, family offices, business owners and executives. Particular areas of expertise are alternative investment funds, carried interest, asset ownership structures and private fund structures. 

The firm says that Cairns’ team is ‘core to the alternative investment funds network which brings together PwC’s full suite of services to funds across all asset classes’. 

The Oxford graduate has been with the Big Four firm for almost two decades and has developed a niche for ‘complex international matters’, particularly where investment fund structures are involved.
