Rachel Stace was appointed director of private client tax at Grant Thornton in 2023, tasked with bolstering the firm’s growing offering to HNW individuals, family offices and trusts.

Based in the company’s Oxford office, Stace joined Grant Thornton in 2012 and has always worked in its private client team, developing a great deal of understanding of what the firm’s clients – including entrepreneurs and those involved in family businesses – require. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation as well as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Grant Thornton, as a firm, plans to increase their share of the private client market significantly, according to Stace.
