Sue Knight leads Grant Thornton’s large Birmingham office and is head of the UHNW and private client team, serving clients based in the Midlands but with international interests and assets.

Her practice centres mainly on the private client concerns of wealth structuring, estate management, succession planning and international tax planning as well as family business matters and corporate reconstructions. Many of her clients are involved in family businesses, and she holds the STEP advanced certificate in advising the family business.

Knight gained a law degree before moving into accountancy, so is excellently placed to advise her clients on many aspects of business structuring.
