Michael Holland is an international tax adviser and partner at London-based accountancy firm Blick Rothenberg. 

Holland works primarily with those who are exposed to both the UK and US tax systems, helping them to ensure their tax commitments on both sides of the Atlantic are synchronised. He specialises in advising American clients living in the UK on how to manage their global tax obligations, and for the last five years has led a team which supports UK-based founders, CFOs and investors in expanding their businesses in the US. 

He has said that ‘navigating the UK tax system can be hard enough, but having to consider the application of the US tax rules can become too much for many transatlantic taxpayers’.
