Spear’s Review

David and Simon Reuben have built, and are currently building, some of the grandest residences in the finest areas of London and overseas. Through their property, technology, media and other investments, the Reubens have amassed a net worth of nearly £27 billion, according to the 2025 Sunday Times Rich List. 

Their charitable foundation supports healthcare research and treatments, youth education, community and culture, such as the BFI Future Film festival. 

In 2021, the Reuben brothers, PCP Capital Partners and the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia teamed up to purchase Newcastle United Football Club, injecting a great deal of working capital and precipitating a very successful season, further cementing their place in British culture. 

The brothers’ impact on London’s landscape is due to take another huge leap forward as they take over the conversion of the Admiralty Arch building – located at the entrance to the Mall leading to Buckingham Palace – into a luxury hotel.
