Jamie Reuben

Spear’s Review

David (born 1941) and Simon (born 1944) may be the ‘brothers’ in the name of their family firm Reuben Brothers, but it is David’s younger son Jamie who is the most notable rising star of the family, which has a collective fortune of £26.9 billion, according to the 2025 Sunday Times Rich List.

As principal of the family firm, Jamie has been the driving force behind its growing hospitality business, which counts The Twenty Two hotel, restaurant and private members’ club on Grosvenor Square among its early successes.

Jamie also has a key role in Reuben Brothers’ ambitious redevelopment of a 1.3 acre swathe of the Piccadilly Estate in Mayfair, which includes Cambridge House, formerly home to the In and Out Club. Cambridge House is to be reopened by Reuben Brothers as a hotel, managed by the US-centric Auberge Collection.

Jamie is also understood to be working alongside Robin Birley on the upcoming launch of The Carrington, a new health and business-focused private members’ club within Reuben Brothers’ redevelopment of the Piccadilly Estate.
